We’ve had so much great footage of the cubs from the trail cam over the last week, it has been hard to choose the best to show on the blog.  They have grown so much in just a short time. This selection below is a good combination:

The mother of the fox cubs has caught a rat and given it to the cubs. They don’t seem to know quite what to do with it at first and start mouthing it and play fighting over it. It’s so big it is almost too big for them to handle. However it appears again a few minutes later a tattered corpse and then becomes purely a plaything. One cub seems to be obsessed with it jumping all around the remains and tossing it in the air.
